RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every MARTYRZ® 007 piece is made to order. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. To cancel, send us a DM on Instagram (@martyrz.007) or an email with your order number.

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it, as set out in EU consumer law. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all labels and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
